You Faker Part II

So Lauren got her Elizabeth and James-inspired ring at a local arts festival. I just bought one at Scott's Antiques this past weekend. The jeweler who made it said she was inspired by vintage cigar wrappers. My favorite bit is the lattice pattern she stamped on the metal. It makes it less like the Olsen twins' version, but I like it more because of it.

Hurrah for unintentional, indie jeweler knock offs!

  7. Ooooh fancy, so no braids for you guys huh? Well I think you should give it a try. Sadly, I can't even manage a french braid on myself so I think there's no chance for me.

  8. The basket-woven look of the ring is much better than the photo with the indented kind of metal.

This is a very, very nice little ring.

  14. This pic actually reminds me that my nails are now long enough to be polished and painted! And also a reminder to me that I haven't posted regarding my nailbiting endeavor.

  17. I kid you not, I have nearly the same ring but the lattice pattern is vertical and horizontal vs. criss cross. I got mine in Mexico. It's a fab ring and trust me, you will get lots of compliments! :)
