Well, I might not be Cajun or Asian but I had to say hello to my two best friends--cousins, actually, if one believes the more royal but less reliable branches of our family trees, which I do! Can't wait to see what else you post...
thank you thank you, maris! you are our first (and will be perhaps our only commenter- or commenteure), but we are ecstatic about that. also, our blog will such a mix of things (no theme whatsoever) that we figure the only people who will put up with us will be our bestest of friends- like toi.
We're twins. Part Chinese, part French Cajun (and a mix of a few other things thrown in). We have a love of style, art, music, fashion, literature, and food. We're originally from a suburb of D.C. (the Maryland side), but now consider Decatur/Atlanta our home. We love our new city and hope to highlight some of the greatness of ATL that is often overlooked by the rest of the country.
Enjoy!

Congrats on the blog. Gumbo never looked better.(I've noticed that even professional food stylist have a hard time making pixs of gumbo look good).
