Win a Marc by Marc Jacobs Vest!!!*

We mentioned "contest" and "free clothes" in the previous post... well, here's why:

The lovely people at Chickdowntown.com are providing a Marc by Marc vest to our lucky winner (it could be you!*). Chickdowntown is a really awesome place for women's designer clothing: Balmain, Sass & Bide, Elizabeth and James, L.A.M.B, Black Halo, etc. Check out the impressive list of clothing designers.

To be entered into the contest, just leave a comment and let us know what you would like to see on our blog: your likes, what you would want to see more of, things that keep you coming back, etc. Yup, that's it! It's a way for us to hear what you guys think, and to give you something in return! The winner will be chosen randomly (as in Cath and I will print the names, cut them out, and swirl them around a hat). We'll announce the winner this weekend (good luck!).

Drum roll please......

P.S. Want to stay up-to-date on what's new at chickdowntown.com? Follow them on Twitter, YouTube, MySpace, and Chick Downtown TV.

*Unfortunately Chickdowntown ships within the U.S. only. International bloggers, we'll try to have another contest that includes you too- and we still want to hear your opinion! You guys make up about 40% of our readership!

I love contests!
I would like to see more outfit posts. I also really like the store profiles ( like the one about the antique mall).

I love everything about your blog actually. You cover a lot of different topics, which is great, and you two have great personalities, which makes reading the blog enjoyable!

I agree with more outfit posts, but I really do love your semi-journalistic posts about where you guys shop, eat, etc.

I'd love to see more shoes on your blog or maybe DIY'S!

I actually like reading your blog the most. It has a delicate balance of personal life and fashion, which allows us as readers to understand and relate to your blog better. The variety is already pretty broad, I guess it'd be cool to see some videos though (:

First of all thanks for this opportunity, I love your blog, and would love to see more pics of your outfits, and also more of GA, also maybe a feature of little boutiques that have something charming that normally we would not know they are there, I live in Marietta and I love little boutiques they remind me of Amsterdam.

My favorite thing to read on your blog are your outfit posts-- I like when you guys gush over a new thing you bought and talk about where you got it and why it is amazing, and then I like looking at the pictures of you rocking whatever it is out hardcore. I wouldn't mind seeing more local things, but I really love reading your blog no matter what you write! Now vest, please. Haha, jk ;~)

You both are awesome!!! love your outfits, more outfit posts :)

my favorite part of your blog is the outfit posts and the sort of out-and-about posts about where you eat and shop. one of my all time favorite posts was the literature fair you went to- i love the sort of off the beaten path events!

you girls are awesome- keep up the great work!

I think you already have... a good concept, but just like celebrities, people always want to know more about you, beyond the clothes, so to speak. I mean you don't have to tell who you are dating, or how many times you blinked in one hour. But I am sure people want to see more of your apartment, know where you work (you don't have to give them the exact name, maybe just the industry) and how that relates to how fly you dress.

Also what inspires you to get out of bed and look as fly as you do.....Great job and much success to the two of you.

OO! That vest is fricken awesome!am loving the lines in the back!
I'd love to see some tutorials for fashionally backwards people like me! Aka, how to wear linen scarves, what not to do with leggings, etc.
Fashion tutorials would be awesome!

I love contests (especially for free clothes)!

And I'd love to see more shop profiles (like the places you guys shop in, especially if they're not big retail names). :)

I really love how you're present in your posts - from the personal life stories to the photos - it really makes it easier to understand where you're coming from and appreciate your posts. I agree that more makeover type of features (on your friends) would be fun.

I like the fact that this blog is more personal, than just posting pics of runway models (which is ok in moderate). I really enjoy seeing your daily style, and the differences and similarities in fashion sense, between the two of you. Keep up the great work.

Tatamwari said...

Hey girls,
First, you should enter this because you are both fashionable and gorgeous: Lucky magazine is looking for "real girls with style" to pose in fashion spreads in upcoming issues! To get your supermodel on, upload your most dazzling picture to LuckyStyleSpotter.com. The first 100 muchachitas will win an Ipod Shuffle! If you don't have a fabulous picture and live in the NYC area, stop by Lucky's office to get your photo taken on Friday, February 20th or Friday, February 27th! Just email Gina_Bulla@condenast.com to schedule an appointment.

Second, I would like to see more of you two doing fun things around Atlanta. Since I don't live there anymore, I have to live vicariously.

Hello, Is there a contact address for your site. I have an inquiry related to a product review. Thanks!

Argh argh argh!!! This vest!

My fave thing that I'd like to see more of? The fashion ads and editorials which you defaced with words and other various bits. That was fun and subversive. More outfit posts!

Please let it be me. Please please please.

I'd love to see you feature more local atl stores and events. It's always fun to see you both in the posts too.

Ashelee said...

ditto on the atl events, i've never been there before and told myself that i probably wouldn't like it because i'm always thinking of atl being a hot and sticky mess, but any who some of the stores and events you ladies talk about really make me want to pay a visit.
and more outfit posts, pleeeeeease!!!!!!

Ashley said...

This is great ladies! I love it! My favorite things about your blog are the local boutiques that you highlight, and I always look forward to visiting them when I am in the area. I also adore your outfit posts. I like to see how you put together different items, especially you Cath because I have to dress a bit more conservatively for work/school. (I love your look, too Lar!!) I like seeing you take professional and making it artsy and fashionable. Xoxo!

Oooh, that vest is so cool! I would love to see more Atlanta-based things on your blog...I don't street style pictures. If that's possible, I know I could never be a street style photographer...
