Winter-ish Outfits

It hasn't felt much like winter in Atlanta lately, but it was slightly chilly today. Our solution? Turtlenecks and scarves! Ok, maybe not particularly ingenious or earth shattering, but it was nice to wear some of our winter clothes.

Photobucket
On Lauren: H&M turtleneck sweater, Urban Renewal by UO cardigan, Cheap Monday jeans, thrifted bag and Frye boots.

Photobucket
On me: Thrifted scarf, coat from Nordstrom, Cheap Monday cords and H&M oxford wedges.

You gals look cosy! Lauren - I love the vest and turtleneck combo. And Cath - the red looks stunning on you! I'm not looking forward to winter dressing. I'm inordinately crap at it!

I know what you ladies mean, I get so excited sometimes when I can wear winterish clothes here.

Thanks for the sweet comments ladies! Lar's Fryes are always a big hit - definitely a good investment on her part. She never seems to take them off. And the red coat was a sale item, which makes it that much better in my book ;).

I really like Lauren's outfit. I think it's the basic colors and pieces that are almost androgynous.

Alex, I'm sure if I lived in Canada I would definitely be sick of it being so cold!

Behind the Seams, you got it! I'll add your link today :).

The Clothes Horse, I agree. I'm so glad I convinced Lar to buy that vest - it was on sale at UO.

Sarah Von, I know! I love sales!

Ooh I love how Lauren is using the leather bag she found and how you're rocking the colourful coat, Catherine. :)

Aww...Cath, you look so cute in that coat! You wear red like the color was made for you.

I love Lauren's bag and boots ensemble -- the leathers go together perfectly and each piece is versatile and fantastic by itself. You ladies have great taste!

You both look great! I really love the fuchsia coat, I'm bored with my bunch of black, grey and navy winter jackets.
