Alternative Apparel is pretty similar to American Apparel: soft jersey, updated shapes, great base for graphics. Alternative doesn't have nearly as much inventory as American, but the cuts are a little more interesting. Plus, Alternative doesn't really have that same sleazy feel that a lot of American Apparel ads give off. Don't get me wrong, I still love American, but it's nice to see an up-and-coming competitor, especially since Alternative is based out of Atlanta!
